Hometaste constantly monitoring the body temperature of our homechefs and updated here. This allows you to know the health condition of the contact person of your orders and so, you can enjoy your home-cooked meals with confidence.
In case any personnel is having abnormal body temperature, we will not allow them to continue working and advice them to seek consultation from doctor nearby.
The COVID-19 lockdown has limited the movement of people across nations. By force of circumstances, this had led to a net positive impact on the online F&B industry. The availability of food delivery services is a welcomed comfort – especially for those who do not have the facilities or ability to cook their own meals. Specifically, Hometaste is serving home-cooked food delivery services who have been actively delivering throughout the whole Klang Valley.

To minimize physical contact which can limit the spread of Covid-19, you can tell our riders where to drop off your food e.g. at the door.
To reduce physical contact, we encourage online payment. We also have Order First, Transfer Later for those can’t proceed with online payment.
We constantly educate our home chefs, who prepare our home-cooked lunch and dinner meals and delivery riders on practicing S.O.P to ensure we can serve a safe food delivery services.

Always check the health condition of chefs and kitchen helpers.

Leave a instructions to our riders on where to drop off your food.
Measure your body temperature before and after you preparing foods and inform us to update online to keep customers informed.
Food hygiene starts with good personal hygiene. Wash your hand with soap and water for at least 40 seconds, especially before, during, and after preparing food. In addition, wear a mask when preparing food.
Make sure you seal the food nicely following the latest hygiene and safety protocols and also to avoid spills.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces (e.g., kitchens, workstations, common areas) at least daily, or as much as possible and as required by food safety requirements.
To minimise physical contact with riders picking up orders from your place.
If you are feeling unwell, please see a doctor immediately. You can contact us to arrange for cancellation of orders with customers.

Must sanitise your delivery bags before and after delivery to prevent spread of coronavirus.
As fever is a symptom of Covid-19, hence riders are require to measure their body temperature twice a day. Normal human body temperature ranges from 36.0°C to 37.5°C. Any riders with higher body temperature are not allowed to deliver orders.
