With the passion of sharing good food since 2017, Hometaste is on a mission to empower home recipes, preserving these unique family recipes while sharing it with the world.
Started as a platform, Hometaste connects foodies with home chefs dedicated to bring the best of home recipes to everyone while home chefs earn their daily-bread. Home chefs can share their passion in cooking and serve heart warming dishes that have been enjoyed for generations.
Hometaste provides more than just a platform, we empower home recipes from multiple aspects.
In order to increase success possibility of brands, our team provides marketing plans, quality control measures, packaging management , every decision made is base on the outcome of data analysis.
Technology solutions like ordering system also provides customers with better user experience while home chefs focus on what they are best at – cooking.
Starting a business can be expensive, the sharing economy business model of Hometaste was started to overcome this issue.

Delivery cost is always one of the biggest obstacle for merchants to go online.
Hometaste increases merchants’ delivery area by 200% while decreasing 40% of delivery cost.
This creates a win-win situation for both Hometaste and merchants as our inhouse delivery fee has been lowered by 20%, as low as RM4.00 – RM4.50 per trip
We aim to empower 1000 more unique home recipes. There are a lot of home recipes yet to be discovered, we want to share these hidden gems with everyone.
We are currently operating under 2 multi-brand kitchens and we will launch 12 more multi-brand kitchens by June 2022.
Our current business model has been proved to be scalable, our next step is to expand it to other locations to empower more home recipes.
Smart kitchens can minimize cost and increase productivity of kitchen operation. With technology solutions, products can be produced with higher qualities.
We are raising RM 1.6 mil through equity crowdfunding. These funds will be used for the scaling of our current profitable business model with our full stacked team. With these funds, we hope to empower more home recipes around us and incubate more brands to different locations with our multi-brand kitchens.
Our ECF campaign will be held at PitchIN, a leading equity crowdfunding platform that has hosted 101 deals and raised more than RM140 million for leading Malaysian SMEs and startups. PitchIN successfully secured registration as a Recognised Market Operator (RMO) with the Securities Commission of Malaysia to offer an Equity Crowdfunding platform for locally incorporated companies in Malaysia since 2015.
