What Personal Information Hometaste collects from you?
Hometaste collects Personal Information from you when you register with Hometaste, when you order goods or services from Hometaste or use the Website such as but not limited to your name, address, tele-phone number, NRIC/passport no., email address and credit/debit card details. Hometaste also collects Personal Information when you complete any customer survey. Website usage information may also be collected using cookies.
The provision of your Personal Information is voluntary. However, in the event you do not provide the required Personal Information, Hometaste may not be able to communicate with you and/or to provide you with the services requested.

Retention of your Personal Information
Hometaste will retain your Personal Information for the duration necessary to fulfill the foregoing purposes and until you delete your Hometaste account.
Deletion of your Personal Information
Delete all Personal Information as soon as reasonably possible in the following cases:
- When retaining the Personal Information is no longer necessary for a legitimate business purpose that is consistent with these Terms and all other applicable terms and policies;
- When Hometaste stop operating the product or service through which the Personal Information was acquired;
- When we request you delete the Personal Information for the protection of Users (which we will determine at our sole discretion);
- When you request the Personal Information to be deleted or no longer has an account with you (unless the Personal Information has been aggregated, obscured, or de-identified so that it cannot be associated with a particular User, browser, or device).
