Ideation
Ideas can come from a variety of sources. It can be your family recipes or your new creations. Your recipes can be one of our good food ideas to share to the world. It can become a new brand kitchen or an extension of our existing brand kitchen.

Evaluation
Upon receiving your recipes, our team will evaluate and research your recipes concept, the cost of ingredients and productions, size of the potential target audience. We will identify the target market and see how your recipes can fit into current trends.

Formulation
If your recipes passed our evaluation, our team will make the “gold standard” product following your recipes. In this stage, our team will also consider the sourcing ingredients and ingredient costs, the suitability of product shelf life for food delivery, and whether the product can be made on a larger scale.

R&D
After formulation stage, our team will check the viability of the products and whether it’s technically and financially feasible. Our team will consider the sourcing ingredients and ingredient costs, the suitability of product shelf life for food delivery, and whether the product can be made on a larger scale.

Production
In production stage, we will use equipment for larger scale production to determine production costs and efficiency. Food safety and quality testing to determine how to produce a safe and consistent product. Shelf-life testing to make sure the product will remain at an acceptable and safe quality long enough for the product to made, ordered, delivered, and consumed.

Commercialization
The commercialization stage includes work to get the product ready — the final costing, additional consumer sensory testing, and package design. Finally we will launch the product for selling on online food delivery platform — hometaste.my, Grab, Foodpanda, and ShopeeFood, and also on offline concept stores for customers to enjoy dine-in experience.
