| Order not received within stipulated time selected and there's no notification at all. If the delivery is slightly late, I could understand probably due to the traffic but late for 2 hours because of the kitchen problem with no notification and expecting customers to continue waiting I totally unacceptable! If the kitchen is suffering from any issues which might causes delay in delivery, please take the necessary steps to inform us or if not, increase the no of drivers to deliver for that particular time as an alternative. Do not expect customers to wait for nothing for we also have plans, that's why we selected that timing! |

| The food okay la but packaging can be improve better. I dont like their char siew or we call it fake meat, usually we dont eat the whole tub of it so sayang. my little boys will vomit out that fake meat that full of flour. if can choose to more taufu base that would be yummy. Thank you. |

| Limited choices: out of 3 dishes, 2 dishes are greens and they like to use fungus in most of their dishes. They used to give fried oyster mushroom and fried cauliflower which are delicious, but no such dishes available for a long time. |

| For the 5 days that I tried this kitchen - they repeated one of the dish. Although this is a vegetarian option, there were limited greens in the selections. Not recommended if you are looking for healthy dishes, or expecting more vegetables. |
