This Privacy Policy explains how Hometaste, a brand of https://www.hometaste.my, uses your personal information which you provided to Hometaste when interacting with Hometaste or by using our service, including but not limited to our Hometaste website http://www.Hometaste.my (“Website”) and mobile applications (apps). Hometaste collects Personal Information from you when you register with Hometaste, when you order goods or services from Hometaste or use the Website such as but not limited to your name, address, tele-phone number, NRIC/passport no., email address and credit/debit card details. Hometaste also collects Personal Information when you complete any customer survey. Website usage information may also be collected using cookies.
The provision of your Personal Information is voluntary. However, in the event you do not provide the required Personal Information, Hometaste may not be able to communicate with you and/or to provide you with the services requested.

Subject to any exceptions under applicable laws, you have the right to request a copy of the Personal In-formation and rectify the Personal Information Hometaste holds on you at any time. Please email to Food-panda’s Data Compliance Officer if you would like to receive a copy of this information, to submit a Personal Information rectification request or if you seek further information on this Privacy Policy – ask@hometaste.com.my . There will be a small charge for processing this Personal Information access re-quest.

Retention of your Personal Information

Hometaste will retain your Personal Information for the duration necessary to fulfill the foregoing purposes and until you delete your Hometaste account.

Deletion of your Personal Information

Delete all Personal Information as soon as reasonably possible in the following cases: 

    • When retaining the Personal Information is no longer necessary for a legitimate business purpose that is consistent with these Terms and all other applicable terms and policies;
    • When Hometaste stop operating the product or service through which the Personal Information was acquired;
    • When we request you delete the Personal Information for the protection of Users (which we will determine at our sole discretion);
    • When you request the Personal Information to be deleted or no longer has an account with you (unless the Personal Information has been aggregated, obscured, or de-identified so that it cannot be associated with a particular User, browser, or device).
