Sawadee-kap! We Malaysians just cannot get enough of Thai food, can we? Are you craving for Tom Yam after weeks of staying at home? Let’s fix your cravings now!
First, a brief introduction of our Homechef Nana. She originates from Chiang Rai, Thailand. She developed her cooking skills from her mother by helping out with her stalls. Chef Nana aims to bring the most authentic Thai cuisine to share with us, fellow neighbors of her home country through Nana’s Thai Kitchen.
Did you know that curries or tom yam can come in different colors? Depending on the spices that were used. Here at Nana’s Thai Kitchen, we offer up to three colors. Red: Seafood Tom Yam; Green: Thai Green Curry; Yellow: Curry Pork with Pineapple. You just can’t-get-enough the blend of spicy, sweet and sour flavors, can you?
And what’s more to know when eating Thai food is that, plain rice is usually served as a staple food to complement with individual dishes of Seafood Tom Yam, Thai Green Curry, or Curry Pork with Pineapple. It is simply irresistible! Hence, Nana’s Thai Kitchen is serving the dishes in A La Carte (serve without white rice, with serving of 2 to 3 persons); or as a Set (serve with white rice for you to fix your craving).
Besides the tom yam and curries, check out Chef Nana’s fried rice series starting as low as RM9.90 and other dishes such as Thai Stir Fried Prawn with Basil and Chilli. Sets come with white rice and a fried egg, the authentic Thai way of devouring.
